- 🌸 1. Team Coordinator: Each team must select one coordinator to communicate with the organizing team.
- 📏 2. Size: Maximum diameter: 120 cm. The location & circle will be marked at the venue.
- ✏️ 3. Design Preparation: Chart, pencil, eraser, sharpener & measured twine will be provided.
- 🌸 4. Flowers: Only natural flowers provided by the organizers may be used. Make maximum & creative use of the flowers provided.
- 🚫 5. Strictly Prohibited: Artificial flowers, colour powder, coloured paper or any other artificial materials are NOT allowed. Violations will attract negative marking.
- ⏰ 6. Time Limit: Pookalam must be completed before 10:30 AM. No extra time will be allowed.
- 🪔 7. Presentation & Decoration: Traditional elements such as Para, Pookula, Vilakku & Kerala décor are allowed. Teams must bring their own additional decorations and complete them within the allotted time.
- 🧹 8. Cleanliness: Keep your area clean and clear all waste after completion.

- ⚠️ 10. Negative Marking: Any violation of the guidelines, use of prohibited materials, or failure to complete within the allotted time will attract negative marking.
- 👑 11. Final Decision: The judges’ decision will be final and binding.
